In his contribution, Mr. Svozil will present the implemented project of a fully electrified office centre in the nZEB standard, equipped with a hybrid FV system responding to requirements of the network operator. The house thus becomes an active element of the power generation system. In the presentation he will clarify reasons for constructions of this facility and the results achieved for almost one year of operation. Ing. Svozil was born in 1954 in Prostějov, in 1978 he graduated from the Mining and Geological Faculty of the VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. After the compulsory military service he started to work at the Ore Mines in Jeseník, where he was employed on various posts, from Foreman to Production Manager. In 1990, as a majority partner he founded “from scratch” the firm “Fenix s.r.o.” dealing with the manufacturing of electrical heating systems. In this firm he has been working on the post of the General Manager since the very beginning. Specialisation of individual activities gradually led to the arising of the holding company “Fenix Group a.s.” with nine subsidiaries, two of them being situated in the Czech Republic another two in the United Kingdom, and other ones in France, Spain, Norway and Slovakia.
