Maeva Tholance on ENERGO SUMMIT

Maeva Tholance will present how France is managing green building transition. She will explain how buildings went from simply complying with current energy regulation, to applying positive energy policies, with the objective of lowering carbon green growth. The presentation will focus on the strategy France has been working on since 2009 to implement the future energy and environment regulation. Examples of nZEB buildings will be used to show innovation capabilities ahead of our times.

 

Mrs Maeva Tholance is Environmental engineer, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France, and has an Environmental Management Master of Science at the Stuart School of Business in Chicago, USA. After obtaining experience in electrochemistry, environmental regulations and renewable energies through project management positions in All-Cell Technologies in Chicago and Fuel Cell engineering at Arkema, in Philadelphia, she worked as environmental engineer at Fayat, French leader construction provider.

 

Mrs Tholance joined French Environmental Agency, ADEME, in 2011, as project manager in the construction division. She has directed national call of interests with the purpose of promoting environmental construction and financing innovative buildings projects.
