Attendance is possible only on the basis of a duly paid attendance fee. We will send you the payment instructions as a response to your registration request. Once the fee is paid, you will receive a tax receipt.
Cancellation fees:
Registration is binding. The attendance fee is non-refundable, but the ticket is transferable and it is possible to have a substitute. Those people who have registered as an attendee liable to a discount can only transfer their ticket to those people who are liable to the same discount as well.
Please note that we have no authority to grant letters of invitation to trade fair visitors; we can only provide them to our exhibitors upon request. No prior registration is required for visitors of our fairs, tickets can be purchase right at the entrance to the venu. As for visas, we do not provide any services related to obtaining visas to the Czech Republic - please contact the Czech embassy or consulate seated in your country. Thank you for your understanding.
To the visitors Exhibition Centre Prague Letnany offers 3.500 parking spots. It is also possible to park at P+R parking that is in connection with Prague Public Transit Co.
