David Martinek holds the position of Public Affairs Manager at ČEZ ESCO, and has been with CEZ Group since 2008. At ČEZ ESCO, he managed the business transformation project, led the Business Development team, and now focuses on external relations and legislation. As part of his activities, he was involved in the establishment of the public administration segment and from the beginning, in addition to trade, he also focused on education in the field of decentralized energy, renewable sources, electromobility, accumulation and especially energy savings in buildings. At present, it is mostly concerned with monitoring the development of legislation concerning the financing of energy savings and decentralized energy or setting European support in connection with climate goals and the Green Deal for Europe.
